The Woolwich Swim Team is committed to protecting the health and safety of all our participants and will be requiring that all participants 12 and older be fully vaccinated for COVID-19. This policy applies to all Woolwich Swim Team participants, including swimmers, coaches and volunteers.
Fully vaccinated means fourteen (14) days after an individual has received a completed series of a COVID-19 vaccine that has been approved for use by Health Canada.
The Woolwich Swim Team will follow the Ontario Provincial Government’s policy for medical exemptions from being fully vaccinated against COVID-19. Participants can apply for a medical exemption through the Ontario Provincial Government and have it integrated into the enhanced vaccine certificate.
